Escrow: your payment is held, not forwarded

When you buy a Steam gift card here, your money does not go straight to the seller. It lands in the platform account first and is held there while the order is open.

The seller only receives a payout after you confirm the Steam wallet code worked, or after the auto-confirmation window closes with no dispute raised. That single rule removes the classic gift card scam, where a buyer pays first and then has no recourse.

If the code never arrives or is already redeemed, you open a dispute instead of confirming. The held funds stay held while an admin reviews the order, the delivery record, and the message thread.

Every seller is manually approved

There is no self-serve listing on Valve Value. Sellers submit an application with their name, contact email, and payout details, and an admin reviews it by hand before any listing can go live.

Approved sellers can be suspended at any time, and high-value transactions can be held for manual review before payout. Suspicious activity is flagged in the admin dashboard rather than settled silently.

Stripe Connect payouts and card security

Card payments run through Stripe Checkout, so card data is entered on Stripe's own payment page and never touches our servers. Seller payouts run through Stripe Connect connected accounts, using manual transfers rather than instant auto-forwarding.

That means every payout is a deliberate release tied to a confirmed delivery — the escrow model is enforced by how the money actually moves, not by a promise.

Bitcoin payments and what we ask for

Bitcoin checkout is available with an automatic 2% discount. You send to the address shown at checkout and submit the BTC transaction ID, which is required before the gift card is released so the payment can be verified on-chain.

For delivery we ask for your Steam friend code or Steam custom ID link. Leaving that out is the single most common reason an order takes longer than it should.

Full order history and status tracking

Every order carries a visible status — pending, delivered, confirmed, or disputed — for both sides, alongside a message thread for delivery coordination. Buyers keep a permanent purchase history; sellers keep a permanent sales record.
