Orders are fulfilled as fast as possible and always within 12 hours. Delivery details and order status live on your purchases page, and a confirmation email is sent as soon as payment clears.
Your payment is held, not forwarded. Once you confirm the Steam wallet code worked, the funds are released to the seller. If nothing arrives, you open a dispute instead and an admin reviews the order.
